When you contact us, I personally come to meet with you in your home. We take the time to sit down and discuss your vision, budget, timeline, and any specific concerns you have before moving forward.

How do we select materials and finalize the estimate?

After our initial consultation, we will meet together at vendor showrooms to hand-select all of your finishes, fixtures, and materials. Once selections are set, I create a comprehensive, detailed estimate that outlines the full scope of work to be performed with total transparency.

How do you protect my home during construction?

We make it a priority to be as non-invasive as possible. We install temporary dust barriers and floor protection to isolate the work zone, safeguarding the rest of your home and preserving your family's everyday privacy.

How will I be kept updated on the project's progress?

You will never have to wonder what is happening. We communicate daily with progress updates, including photos of completed work, so you are always informed and confident every step of the way.

What happens during the final walkthrough?

Upon completion, myself and the homeowners conduct a thorough, detailed inspection together. We address any punch-list items or concerns immediately to make sure you are 100% happy before signing off on the finished project.

What warranties back your remodeling work?

All of our craftsmanship comes backed by a 1-year warranty on work performed. In addition, all manufacturer product and material warranties are fully transferable directly to you as the homeowner.
